A QR code that keeps scanning. No tracking, no expiry, no sign-up.
Phones join the network when they scan it. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Scanning it offers to call this number.
Opens Google Maps on the phone, on iPhone and Android.
Adds the event to the phone's calendar, at the same clock time for every guest.
How much of the code can be dirty, torn or covered and still scan. More protection makes the code denser.
A logo covers part of the code, so the level switches to H.
No. What you typed is stored inside the image itself, so a phone reads it directly with no server in between. Some QR sites give you a dynamic code that goes through their server and can stop when a subscription ends; this one cannot.
M is the usual choice: about 15% of the code can be damaged and it still scans. L (about 7%) gives the smallest code, for screens and clean paper. Q (about 25%) and H (about 30%) suit stickers that may get dirty. More protection means more, smaller dots.
WhatsApp's own instructions ask for the full number in international format, without the leading 0, brackets or dashes. So 055 123 4567 in Saudi Arabia becomes 966 55 123 4567. The tool tells you when the country code is missing.
Yes. The logo covers part of the code, so the level switches to H, which recovers about 30%. The logo is kept to 22% of the width, and the three corner squares always stay solid so cameras can find the code.
No. The code is drawn in this browser tab, your logo included, and nothing is sent anywhere. The PNG and SVG files are made on your device.
No. It's a static code: what you type is stored in the image itself, so the phone opens it directly and never passes through a server of ours. We don't know who scanned it or when.
